Cynthia E. Kinser – Biography

Cynthia E. Kinser is a deputy and attorney in the Consumer Advocate and Protection Division of the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office. She works to protect consumers and businesses from unfair and deceptive trade practices, enforces state and federal antitrust laws, and enforces the Unauthorized Practice of Law statutes. Her division also represents the interests of Tennessee consumers of public utilities services and non-Medicaid false claims. Cynthia received her ABA from Stetson University College of Law.
